Information regarding the processing of personal data.

● Who is the administrator of personal data?
The administrator of Personal Data is the company Insolito Marta Mulcan with headquarters in Szymanów at ul. Lipowa 32, 51-180 Wrocław – owner of the BeRelocated.pl website, hereinafter referred to as ADO.

● For what purposes are personal data processed ?
Personal data is processed in order to:
– take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject or performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party (data necessary to conclude the contract is indicated before the contract is concluded),
– fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on ADO,
– to investigate or secure ADO claims.
In addition, the Personal Data Administrator, on the basis of a separate consent, may process personal data for marketing purposes, including in relation to products and services of entities cooperating with it.

● Legal basis for the processing of personal data.
Depending on the purpose of personal data processing, the legal basis is:
– art. 6 par. 1 lit. b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR) – for processing personal data necessary to perform the contract concluded with ADO, as well as in the event of taking action on demand – before concluding the contract;
– art. 6 par. 1 lit. a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR) – for processing personal data for a specific purpose, based on separate consent;
– art. 6 par. 1 lit. f Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR) – for processing personal data in the legitimate interest of ADO, e.g. pursuing or securing claims;
– art. 6 par. 1 lit. c Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR) – for processing personal data in order to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on ADO.

● For what period will personal data be stored ?
With regard to ADO services, personal data will be processed during the term of the contract, and also after its termination – if it is allowed or required by applicable law, e.g. processing for statistical, tax, accounting purposes and to secure or enforce claims. Personal data will be processed only for the period necessary to implement the above-mentioned purposes.
In the case of processing personal data on the basis of a separate consent, e.g. for marketing purposes, a request to re-contact, to ensure that deadlines are met, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

● Who is the recipient of personal data ?
The recipient of personal data will be service providers in the field of obtaining all permits and documents related to residence and work in Poland, renting real estate, translations, relocation of employees, job placement and entities directly involved in granting permits, consents, administrative decisions in the field of obtaining a work permit , stay or study in Poland.
The above entities will process personal data only for the purpose necessary to perform the contract signed by the ADO or in the case of a separate consent – also in the purpose designated therein.

● Rights of the data subject:
a) the right of access to the content of personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation that ADO processes data and information regarding the scope of such processing,
b) the right to rectify personal data if the data processed by the ADO is incorrect or incomplete,
c) the right to request ADO to delete personal data,
d) the right to request ADO to restrict data processing
e) the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to ADO and send it to another administrator,
f) the right to object to the processing of personal data due to the special situation in the case of processing personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of ADO,
g) the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory body or supervisory body of another European Union Member State, competent for the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or the place of alleged violation of the PED,
h) the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
